How it Works

When you register, you will be able to contribute posts by default.

All posts by non-staff will have to be approved, so it may take some time before it gets published.

Please keep your comments and posts clean, free of “bad” words and generally unoffensive. Anything not appropriate for our young campers will be deleted.

If you don’t see your comment or post publish right away, it means it is awaiting approval.

Upload files and photos using the publishing tool, then drag and drop them into your article window. If you have any questions about how to do things, just email me at eugene@thecatalinaexperience.com, and I will attempt to walk you through it.

After a time, we will have a FAQ page, but we just started today.

To get the news feed on your browser or mail program, go to the lower left of the blog page and click on the link “entries (RSS)”. It will give you the address in your web browser URL space for the feed. Just copy and paste it into your mail program, or subscribe with your browser. Get the comments (RSS) feed, too. Those are usually more fun.
